Terms of Service

Logli helps local service businesses respond to missed calls, reply to customer texts, and book appointments using an AI assistant. Features, capabilities, and pricing may change over time as we improve the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Logli. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use Logli for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose, and not to send unsolicited bulk or spam messages. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and applicable carrier and CTIA messaging guidelines.

Logli sends and receives messages on your behalf in response to contact initiated by your customers. If you use Logli to communicate with your customers, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have any legally required consent to contact them and for complying with all applicable messaging laws, carrier requirements, and opt-out obligations.

You must honor opt-out requests. Logli supports standard STOP, UNSTOP, and HELP keyword handling, but you remain responsible for your messaging practices.

Message frequency varies based on customer interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If your plan includes fees, you agree to pay all charges associated with your account at the prices then in effect. Current pricing is described on our website. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Logli and its software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit, and you grant us a limited license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Logli at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Logli after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
