Account and business information: the name, email address, phone number, business name, service details, and business hours you provide when you sign up and during onboarding.

Customer communications: when a person calls or texts a business that uses Logli, we process the caller or sender's phone number, the content of their messages, call metadata (such as time and duration), and any details they share in the conversation, so that we can respond and book appointments on the business's behalf.

Usage and device data: log information, timestamps, IP address, browser or device type, and how you interact with our dashboard, used to operate and secure the service.

To provide and operate Logli, including replying to calls and texts, booking appointments, and notifying business owners about new leads and bookings.

To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

To communicate with you about your account, including service-related notices.

To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Consent is consumer-initiated. End users opt in to receive text messages by contacting a business that uses Logli — for example, by calling or texting the business's published phone number. Business owners separately opt in during onboarding by providing their mobile number to receive lead and booking notifications.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@logliapp.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information or your customers' personal information.

Service providers: we use trusted vendors to operate Logli — for example, Twilio (text messaging and voice calls), Supabase (secure data hosting), and Anthropic (AI processing). These providers may process information only to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Legal and safety: we may disclose information when required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Logli, our users, or others.

The categories of sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can review and update your account information in the Logli dashboard or by contacting us. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information; contact us to exercise them.

Logli is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Logli after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
